TOGETHER EVERYONE ACHIEVES MORE.
Success is achieved when all the parts work together.
When everyone is moving forward together, success takes care of itself.

You must encourage and respect each other and always credit good plays and even good attempts. Always look for the positive.
Snowflakes are one of nature’s most fragile things, but just look at what they can do when they stick together.
