                                 Self Assessment
The Pre-season Self Assessment is a document which you can ask your players to complete and provide you some valuable insight as to how your players feel, their view of the team and how they evaluate their skills. With the feedback from the Self Assessment you can develop plans to improve the team and also prepare specific individualized plans to help players work on those things on which they feel need improvement.   Finally, if you use a similar Self Assessment at the end of the season, you can compare the two documents and see what kind of improvements the players feel were made during the season.
